Internship..

Internship provide students a real world experience to explore or gain the relevant knowledge and skills that learned in University/College.

In short, it's a short term(2-4months, depends on which Univ/Coll, or which faculty) working experience with the primary focus on getting some on-the-job training and applying what's learned in the classroom to the real world. In MMU, Internship is a compulsory subject that students have to passed in order to complete the Degree's programme and graduate. Since is a compulsory 'subject' we got to take, so we got to PAY FOR IT even we are not studying or going for class for the whole semester. Nah that's MMU ! We even got to pay the goddamn IT fees and also library fees! CRAP lah !

Okay back to the topic, INTERNSHIP!

Due to inefficiency and laziness in searching job, we rushing here and there for interview before the final exam. And at last, accepted the offer from I-E, located at Fahrenheit88. 

First day of work(1st of March 2011)...
Not much task given, of course lah, first day LOL !
Read and understand company profile, and the product as well. And I get to know three good colleagues.
Mr.Henry the supervisor, the one who guide and teach me everything. Brief me about tele-marketing, brief me about the course offered and everything! We call him 'xiao sir'.
Jared, graduates from Taylor's College(Hospitality). Young and energetic guy which teach me a lot too. My lovely senior he is!!!! He gave me his support and console me when I got scolded from my boss and whenever I'm feeling down. He dabao lunch for me, he know exactly what I like and want to eat for lunch ! How sweet !!!! 
Evinn, I used to call her Evinn Mama, not because of her age or what. Is because she cares and act like a Mama ! I felt comfortable whenever I'm with her, secure as well ! She worried me when I couldn't get any sign up, she even want to pass me her student. SEE! How GREAT she is !  LOVE her!!!!! 

I'm glad that I got them in my life, especially during my internship period. They are my strengths, help me and accompany me to go through the tough time in I-E! 

Actually I don't really wish to story back how's and what's the work I've been go through these three and half months. It's..... 

Well, seriously, I'd experienced the REAL-WORK-SITUATION during my internship period. I thought internship is a period for us to learn something new that isn't covered in textbook or notes?? It's not as what I've expected. My position is 'PR cum Marketing Assiatant', and my main job would be tele-marketing!!!! WTH ! Tele-marketing is the job that keep banging on the phones, keep calling to peoples and convince them to join the course offered in my company. Yea that's my main task wtf! And my boss know that I got a lilttle knowledge in Photoshop, they asked me to modify their old brochure, design a new brochure and bunting as well.
Maybe there's a problem with their management since everyone in the company are multi-tasking, they don't have specific task to perform everyday. They perform variety of tasks everyday and everyone are doing to same task. What's the question the boss will ask before knock off? "Any good news for me?" "Any achievements for today?" "Yvonne! Tell me, what's happening?"
Out of all questions, the main question will be "Any student sign up for today?"! Yea that's the question that my boss will ask everyday even he's outstation! How stress it is as I don't know how to answer my boss if there's no sign up! And you're consider failed, useless, idiot, not dedicated if you got no sign up ! That's my INTERNSHIP ! Working in a stress environment and facing some selfish colleagues! =(

I'd think to quit for the job during the 4th week of my internship but I don't have the guts to do so I guess LOL! That's why I stayed till the end of my internship which is 3rd of June! It's huge release I can say !

I'm camwhoring in the toilet and office as well for the first week of my internship.
I seldom and don't even got the mood to camwhoring after the first week, I'm feeling stressful everyday ! 

But but but... It's finally ENDED! And I'm FREE now, for temporarily! =(
Got to look for permanent job after internship =(((((
My boss asked me to stay and continue as a permanent staff there but I rejected.  

Okay now ! Got to work hard and get myself a high-pay permanent job!
High-pay?! hmm~ =(((((
