I love blogging, especially when I supposed to study! HAHA!
I love cooking, sometimes.
You'll definitely feel the satisfaction when you see people happy and enjoy eating.
It's true!! Because I feel the same!
The satisfaction comes from other's happiness.
And, I decided to make-------> PANCAKE!
My idea came from TV program, a Taiwan entertainment TV show.
What we need??
Nona's Pancake Mix(Original flavour)
I just randomly pick one.
I'm following the cooking instruction stated behind the box.
Tuna and corn.
Let's start!
1. Combine Nona Pancake Mix,egg, water and oil in bowl. Stir until large lumps disappear.
*I didn't mix it with oil as I think that's disgusting, for me. But I mix it with Tuna and Corn which I learned from the TV show I mentioned above.
Only one step for the preparation. And you may proceed to COOK now!
2. Heat griddle or large skillet(medium-low flame).
Grease lightly with oil.
Griddle is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear.
Pancake will stick if griddle is too cool.
3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle.
I found this in my kitchen, and I decided to make "love" shape instead of the round one, keke~
Here it is! Looks nice right? 'adorable'! HAHA!
4. Cook 1 1/2 minutes or until bubbles break on top.
Turn and cook another side for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
But....
It failed. I don't know exactly why do it failed!
Hmm, I think is because the love shape is too big and thick for a pancake.
Or I make it failed because of my cooking skill?!
After few tries, I successfully make the intact LOVE shape.
You can served it with honey too~
Hmm.. It does not looks good yet, not-so-tasty!
Conclusion :
I do enjoy the process of cooking.
Even I'm experiencing failure in cooking all the time~
We learn from mistakes, right? I'm learning!!!
